I knew Frank for many years and always enjoyed talking to him about the ocean and the river. Everything about Frank was shipshape and squared away. He was truely a Tybee Waterman. His best statement at one of the Town Hall Meetings was in reference to the parking problems. If you come to Tybee and can not find a parking spot you just need to go back home, set your alarm back an hour and try again the next day. That was Frank being frank ! My sincere condolances to the Schuman Family. May he rest in heavenly peace. Respectfully, John Mulligan

- Rachel Perkins, ,

Our deepest condolences to all the Frank's surviving family. What a shock it was, and still is, of learning of this untimely death! Our prayers go out to all and may you be comforted in many ways! Frank, we will miss you!

- Merle and Ralph Brannen, Pembroke, GA

I knew Frank for many years and always enjoyed talking to him about the ocean and the river. Everything about Frank was shipshape and squared away. He was truely a Tybee Waterman. His best statement at one of the Town Hall Meetings was in reference to the parking problems. If you come to Tybee and can not find a parking spot you just need to go back home, set your alarm back an hour and try again the next day. That was Frank being frank ! My sincere condolances to the Schuman Family. May he rest in heavenly peace. Respectfully, John Mulligan
